Shipping and Delivery
Please note that VAT is not included and can be charged after the delivery of items to your country (for EU members and Brazil). Check out the standard VAT rate in your country.
It depends on the specific product and selected delivery method. If the selected product
is available at our stock, we send it immediately and the customer will receive it within 2 weeks. If the product requires manufacturing and complex production process, then the production and delivery may take from 3 to 6 weeks.
We provide our customers with the worldwide shipping, collaborating with various delivery services. The shipping costs vary depending on the quantity and dimensions of products, and whether it’s fast delivery or other method.
We ship our products worldwide, except aggressor/enemy countries such as russia and Iran.

As soon as your order has been shipped, we send a letter with a tracking number to your e-mail. By using it, you can track your parcel at various online tracking services. There are
two companies, providing standard shipping:
1) UkrPoshta.ua: please, use your tracking number to track your parcel on their website, or use 17track.net, which also provides an information about delivery status.
2) If you’re from the USA, we can ship your package by air UPS. In this case, you will receive the tracking number from USPS. First, the package will be delivered by our partners to the USA. Then in a short term, they will forward it to USPS. As soon as USPS receive your package, you’ll see the updates for tracking at USPS.com.
Returns and Exchanges
We can cover all expenses on orders and replace the product with a new one or refund the
money to the customer if our product is defective or damaged during delivery. All costs are covered by us. We can return money to the customer if they made a mistake when placing an order. However, the customer is responsible for the costs for delivery and returning the goods to us.
The product returned must be undamaged and show no signs of active use. The product packaging must remain intact and undamaged. If the product has been used for a long time and has been damaged, we are unable to return the money to the customer, unless this product is defective and has deteriorated due to our fault. In any case, you can always reach out to us and we will study your specific case.
Contact us to apply for a refund or exchange and receive the further instructions about the return procedure.
It depends on the reason for the return. If the return is due to our fault, we will refund the shipping costs. If the return is due to the customer’s fault, it should be covered by the customer.
